Be a Game Changer – A story of a cricketer’s passion to entrepreneurship!

A 59-year-old coroner, John Derrick, testified that he and his school friends had played “cricket” in the period of 1550 which is the earliest universally accepted reference to the game. This article will discuss the PR’s 7 Cricket Academy that started in the year of 2022, and how their root in Coimbatore City running successfully. This academy has a 40-foot breadth & 225 length helps the fast bowlers benefit along with 250 members who were trained also localities are trained under 14 or 19.

PR’s “Cricket Maniac” is rooted in the family gene. His childhood revolves around the cricket ground enjoying cricket as his passion during his school days. There was a little break in cricket learning during his college days since he was pushed to play ball badminton by a few higher officials yet that interest was restored during the Covid-19 as he created the academy named 7 Cricket resembling the jersey number of M.S.Dhoni, as by taking him as his sports inspiration. “Leadership & possible the impossible” by MSD remains my burning fire says -PR.

He shares that one percent growth is a sign of success and adds not to fear about the failures faced or self-doubts.  He also boosts up by saying he gets the energy and self-motivation through like-minded people & competes with me each day to make myself better than yesterday. Entrepreneurship has given him the “mindset of facing it and solving its way”. He also whispered “appreciation” What else we are for? with a smile.
The project “Summer Camp – Finding the Local Talents” becomes successful as it trains the locals to learn cricketing skills at low cost leading them to play in matches aside thrice the age comparatively. He also adds that solving issues, competitions and tricky situations is more exciting in the business field.
The business boom and the well-being depend upon the quality premises, alongside of quality promised to the customers. Clients are given importance by following their feedback and implementing ideologies shared. Kids are highly benefitted through us since the support and encouragement given are massive from the academy. The trainers are given technical support and self-growth alongside the innovation of premises. Both open communication and understanding play a major role says PR.

The interview ends with a glimpse of “A DAY IN PR’S CALANDER” – The academy begins by the evening circle of 5 PM and ends by 10 PM which has the trainer to take care of the students and the premises. He adds that most of his productive time comes during the night at 10 PM and is active with business ideas. The conversation ends with how “Coffee and Tea play the major role in helping him to stay productive”.  - smiled PR.
